The Deeds Office are almost like Eskom, increasing their prices but providing the same mediocre service we have become accustomed to the past few years. With ailing systems, incompetent government officials and no clue about what customer service is, the Deeds Office is taking the South African public for a ride.
They have recently increased their fees but have not provided us with any benefit in return. We still have to deal with complete incompetence, total arrogance and any lack of service trying our utmost best to provide vital information to the South African consumer.
When will these government institutions finally realise that they are there to serve the South African public through superior service, complete transparency and accurate information.
Probably never but we are still hopeful that this might happen sometime in the future.
