Note that a “not found” result is classified by the Deeds Office as a successfully completed search and is charged for: confirming that a person or company owns no property in a given Deeds Office is itself the result many customers are paying for.
All transactions are processed in South African Rands (ZAR). Unless otherwise specified, all prices are inclusive of VAT.
